In the world, hazelnut cultivation is carried out in certain countries and regions, which we can qualify special in terms of climate and geography. Turkey draws attention as one of the limited countries in terms of both cultivation and exportation of hazelnut. In Turkey, significant part of high quality hazelnut cultivation is being carried out in Ordu Province located in East Black Sea Region for centuries.

We, Öncel Family, are the representatives of a culture farming hazelnut and growing high quality natural and organic hazelnuts in our hazelnut gardens with a size of hundreds of decares in Çaybaşı County affiliated to Ordu, since 1860. We were putting our hazelnut crops, of which their quality is proven by certificates, only on local market by wholesale until a short while ago. Today, we turned our route to different markets in the world.

Within the scope of this new vision, today Mesut Öncel, who is the new generation representative of Öncel Family having investments in food and media sectors, and his partner, communication consultant bring delicious hazelnuts, which are grown with boutique approach for over 160 years, together with the world market via the brand of MM Hazelnut, which has a global exportation and branding vision.
